Abstract
Sugar technology refers to the processes and techniques used to obtain sugar from natural sources, such as sugar cane and sugar beets. This includes the stages of processing raw materials, extracting and refining sugar, and technologies that ensure the quality and safety of the final product. Here are some key stages in sugar technology: harvesting raw materials, sugar extraction, juice purification, juice concentration, sugar crystallization, sugar refining, and packaging. Sugar technology also includes innovations that allow for more efficient and safer products, such as sugar from alternative sources or the use of enzymes to improve refining processes.
